What is often googled?
People most frequently search for “Alwin Schuster” or “Alvin Schuster”.
But “Alwin Spengergasse” (HTL Spengergasse was my school) or “Alwin Wien” are also popular search terms.
Since I moved to Klagenfurt, “Alwin Klagenfurt” and “Alwin AAU” (Alpen Adria Universität Klagenfurt) are also frequent search terms.
Some friends also call me “Alwinator”, so I wanted to mention it here too.

Name History
Alwin is a short form of the Old High German name Adalwin. The elements of the name are adal (meaning “noble” or “distinguished”) and wini (meaning “friend”). Alwin is a very rare name and I have only met one other Alwin. Thanks also to my mother for pushing this name through.
